CONDO RATES
Here are our rates:

  • $295 per night, plus tax (11.4%)

  • Three night minimum stay

  • $125 cleaning fee

  • $350 deposit at time of reservation

  • Payment in full 60 days prior to occupancy

  • The combination to the key lock will be sent to you once full payment is received and within two weeks of your arrival

  • Different rates apply during Christmas and New Year’s holiday

  • Contact us about any specials
