CONDO RATES No hidden fees, no games, here are our rates:
$295 per night, plus tax (11.4%)
Three night minimum stay
$125 cleaning fee
$350 deposit at time of reservation
Payment in full 60 days prior to occupancy
The combination to the key lock will be sent to you once full payment is received and within two weeks of your arrival
Different rates apply during Christmas and New Year’s holiday
